Yes you can! YOU DID!

  The drills this week have been harder then most of the students have been used to in regular class. I have noticed everyone stepped up to the plate and gave more than ever before. Hopefully they all realize how awesome they did and they feel great. Perhaps they may feel tired and great.
  There is nothing better then seeing someone surpass what they thought was their aerobic or anaerobic threshold. Pushing past the pain, fear and self doubt and just going for it. It doesn't matter why you're doing it or what your past best is. It doesn't matter what everybody else in the room is doing. If you do more today then yesterday and plan on doing more tomorrow then you are awesome.
